As I watch the Winter Olympics 2026 – Milan Cortina, I’m beaming with excitement and pride as #TeamUSA brings home the gold and witness Black History in the making. Those making Black History during the Winter Olympics 2026, include but are not limited to Olympic Champion Speed Skater, Erin Jackson as the Flag Bearer for #TeamUSA, Calvin Broadus, Jr. (aka Snoop Dogg) as a Major NBC Olympic Commentator, Jonathan Drayton, Jr. (aka Flava Flav) as the Official Sponsor for the SA Bobsled & Skeleton Team and multiple Black American Olympians participating in a variety of Winter Sports. We’ve provide the bio’s for some of the Olympians/Celebrities making Black History below. You can feel the positive energy just watching the athletes speeding down the slopes, skating on ice and bobsledding through a VERY confined tunnel. Therefore, we’ve titled this newsletter, Fun, Fearless February! These Olympians are definitely fearless and appear to be having tons of fun in their respective sport(s). Because of this Olympic Spirit, we are celebrating this Black History Month with some Scarf Art Designs in Red, White and Blue, GO USA!
