I find it odd that the shortest month on the calendar, February, is so very FULL of holidays and celebrations… We acknowledge & celebrate Black History Month, Valentine’s Day, President’s Day, Heart Health Month and Mardi Gras all in one very short month, February. In this month’s newsletter, we’re going back to the origins of Black History Month to honor its Founder, Dr. Carter G. Woodson. As well, looking forward to highlighting and sharing the accomplishments and contributions of African Americans in American History.
Issues of the heart are a major focus in February, for health & happiness. Because Heart Disease is the #1 Killer of women, check out the 6 major symptoms women should not ignore.
