“Thank you” definitely reigns supreme when you receive a beautiful “thank you” note from history maker, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, the First Black Woman to serve on the Supreme Court! Justice Jackson was the “Honorary Winner” of The Scarf Art July 4th Giveaway.
