I think it’s safe to say August and every month since March in 2020 has been out of the box and we have 4 months remaining, LORD HAVE MERCY! Granted, this Pandemic has been filled with both opportunities and obstacles for every household, whether its death(s), sickness, a home school digital divide, economics, health, relationships, mental health issues, depression or childcare issues, EVERYONE is or has experienced some out of the box moments during this historical CoronaVirus Pandemic.
This month has just begun and millions of parents are faced with the MAJOR decision of whether or not to send their kids back to school, be it Elementary or College? Two months ago we all witnessed the death of George Floyd, whose death is taking us into a new movement towards changes in police reform, racism and social justice. Coming into this month, we’ve celebrated the life and legacy of a Civil Rights Icon/Activist for 54 years of his life, Mr. John Robert Lewis. Both men changed history, one in life, the other in death.
