No the contest is not yet over! However, I want to say “THANK YOU” to EVERYONE who has, is or will continue to vote for Scarf Art EVERYDAY, ONCE PER DAY thru April 5th. The personal standard I’ve set for myself is to live with a grateful and thankful heart.
